Last 2010 Winter Webinar

Our Webinars are 50-minute online training sessions that require a computer to participate in the discussion and speakers or earphones to hear it all. After the course is completed, each Webinar will be available at hsbj.org for viewing online – without the live teacher.

Online Courses

This winter HSBJ partnered with The National Press Club in Washington D.C. to offer a series of online classes for both professional teachers and professional broadcasters. Each course required about 10 hours of work, including class time and independent work. While the class itself ran three days, students had up to ten days to complete their work assignments. For teachers, Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) were available from Kent State University.

Our three Winter Getting into Multimedia classes are complete.

Watch this space for announcement of our Spring Classes and Webinars starting in late March.
